hi

I've just tried to setup an easy form. I called the form 'index' so that the file will come out to be index.php (as I want to use it on the home page).

But when submitting or trying to view the cpanel it spits up this:

Quote:
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'index (category,description,less_than,comments,name,email,__inserted_on) VALUES ' at line 1:
INSERT INTO index (category,description,less_than,comments,name,email,__inserted_on) VALUES ('null','sffdhgsfd','23424',null,'erfsadf','nathan@pixtower.com','2006-05-28 05:34')

Any ideas on what to do?

cheers
nathan

This is occuring because you're naming the form index, which is a reserved SQL word. In a future release of FORMgen will ensure that form names cannot be MySQL reserved words. For now, please use another form name in FORMgen. You can always rename the form outside of FORMgen, once you are done.

Ah! Thanks, I had a feeling that might have been the case.
