hi

I'm simply trying to enlarge (i.e. bigger text size etc) for a dropdown textbox.

i.e. add this CSS to it (currently working for textboxes):

Code:
input.FORMfieldsText {
font: normal 18px "Lucida Grande", "Verdana", sans-serif;
width: 300px;
padding-left: 5px;
color: #555; }
}

How can I do this in a custom CSS file?

I'm also trying to do the same for a textarea (I managed to get it working in IE, but not Firefox)

cheers
nathan

You can do this by using:
Code:

textarea.FORMfieldsTextArea, select.FORMfields {
   font: normal 18px "Lucida Grande", "Verdana", sans-serif;
   width: 300px;
   padding-left: 5px;
   color: #555555;
}

Please see http://www.formfields.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=25 for details on how to create your own CSS template.

It works for us. Please see http://www.formfields.com/FORMfields/examples/misc/cssExample.php . We tested it with FireFox 1.0.4, IE, Netscape, and Opera and they all work fine. All we did was add the CSS to style section of the form:
Code:

...
<style type="text/css">
   /* Sometimes it is useful to specify a label width */
   /*label.notValid, label.isValid, label.disabled, label.display {
      width: 150px;
   }*/
   textarea.FORMfieldsTextArea, select.FORMfields {
      font: normal 18px "Lucida Grande", "Verdana", sans-serif;
      width: 300px;
      padding-left: 5px;
      color: #555555;
   }
</style>
...
