Here are some ways to limit your database usage:
1. Do not use the page tracking feature.
WARNING: The next 2 suggestions are for advanced users of AdMan and are only recommended if you absolutely need to minimize database storage.
2. Archive your page requests: Use phpMyAdmin, provided by most hosting accounts, to archive all the data in the adman_page_requests table. We suggest that you leave at least several months of data in this table.
3. Archive your ad requests: After an ad receives the number of requests, clicks, or time for which it has been scheduled, it will be marked as completed. Until then, all associated data in the adman_ad_requests table is vital for calculating whether an ad should be marked as completed. If say you only have ads that run every 3 months then you would be safe to say archive your old data every 4 months or so. In general we recommend that you leave data in your system so that your advertising clients can view stats for their old ads.
